From Crete to Santorini by flying dolphin

From Crete to Santorini
Flying Cat brings you from Crete to Santorini – or vice versa – in 1h and 45 minutes, every day except for Wednesday. The Catamaran – power boat departs from Heraklion at 9.45am and arrives back at 7.25pm. This means that you can go to Santorini even on a daily trip.
These itineraries are valid from April to October 11th, while during the summer months there are itineraries of Sea Jets, which will take you to Santorini or Crete in two hours.
The regular ferry boats that connect Crete to Santorini depart from Siteia and Agios Nikolaos. The trip lasts almost 5 hours.
